Performance indicators of personnel management

In the article considers several types of performance indicators of personnel management, which characterize the activity of personnel management departments in organizations. The components of the presented indicators, examples of calculations and the purposes of their use were considered. Also were highlighted the main problems that are often encountered by the organization's management in dealing with personnel.
