Indicators of the electrocardiogram in healthy persons of youthful age, studying in the university

Examined 433 student 17-21 year (145 boys and 288 girls), related to I and II groups of health. It is established, that parameters of ECG in adolescence have statistically significant sex differences: for males compared with women is characterized by a higher voltage microwave, S and T, as well as the duration of ST-segment, QRS interval and detection. Noted age dynamics of indicators: during the youthful period of the development of the young marked slowing in the rate of excitation of ventricular myocardium, reducing the time of ventricular repolarization; the girls - decrease the speed of the institution to ventricular septum. Electrical axis of heart moves towards increasing the angle with the axis of I standard leads (the predominance of the pravogramm), which is a result of increased frequency of occurrence of persons asthenic type among the surveyed contingent.
