Life quality indices in schizophrenic patients with concomitant chronic viral hepatitis in the context of psychopharmacotherapy and social and labor adaptation

This article deals with options for social and labor adaptation of schizophrenic patients with concomitant chronic viral hepatitis. The life quality profile for such patients is identified according to adaptation types; a comparative analysis with the life quality profile in schizophrenic patients without concomitant hepatitis has been done as well. The correlation analysis resulted in determination of effect on various subspheres of life quality of such indices as the total number of admissions, the type of compensation-adaptation defense, negative symptoms, and development of adverse drug reactions in schizophrenic patients with concomitant chronic viral hepatitis.
