Parameters of phytoplankton efficiency in reservoirs of Zabaikalskiy krai

Biological efficiency of a reservoir as a whole is defined by a degree of solar energy recycling by aurotro-phic organisms with its subsequent transformation by aquatic organisms of heterotrophic type of a feed. Regional features of primary production in water ecosystems in Zabaikalskiy Krai are: realization of phytoplankton photosynthesis during the subglacial period; the photosynthesis observed to the bottom of reservoirs; high photosynthetic activity of a phytoplankton biomass. The listed features are consequence of specific natural factors of region - high intensity of solar radiation and a plenty of days of solar light.
