Relevance of the work. In postnatal ontogenesis, not only quantitative, but also qualitative agerelated and individual changes occur in the anthropometric parameters of the body, as was rightly noted by a number of authors when studying somatometric parts of the body. The scarcity and inconsistency existing in the literature anatomicheskikh data inherent in each age period anthropometric indicators of mass and body length, body, torso, head, thorax, pelvis and extremities complicates the work of pediatrician to monitor growth and development of the child, timely identification of the disease. Therefore, clinicians-pediatricians, as well as school doctors, are in urgent need of anthropometric data on the features of somatometric indicators in children from 7 to 17 years. In connection with the above, the purpose of our study was to study the age, individual and sexual anthropometric parameters of the head in school-age children.
