Buyers of medicines for state needs

Purpose: Development of proposals to improve the legal regime for the procurement of different categories of medicines buyers. Methodology: Used formal-legal and comparative-legal methods. Results: Considered the legal regime for procurement, depending on the source of funding for medicines buyers. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a scientific value because the author klassificeret buyers of medicines in three groups depending on their source of funding.
