Polymorphism of nucleolar chromosome regions in scotch pine under the different ecological conditions

Polymorphism of nucleolar regions of chromosomes have been studied in Scots pine under different ecological conditions (mountains, hills, plains, industrial pollution as compared to a control one). The results provide evidence for an enhancing of extreme environmental factors and technogenic pollution on functional activity of nucleolar regions chromosomes in Scots pine.
