Political activity of youth as reflection of the political time of the society

On the basis of September 2008's speeches of the Democrats' Michael McFall and the Republicans' Condoleeza Rice the article investigates the following: how the foreign political elite of America evaluates the international relationships' crisis of August 2008; which theoretical approaches they use to analyze the situation and find the action strategy; what changes are taking place in the American view of the international problems due to the crisis.
