Political expertise: how not to die in the age of artificial intelligence
Бесплатный доступ
At the end of the 20th century there was euphoria regarding the rapid development of political research and analysis. We see the creation of more and more think tanks in different regions of the world. Political analysts began to imagine themselves the main drivers of the political process who determine a strategic course of states. However, in reality political experts began to legitimize decisions already made or to promote an already given vector of social development. It was the start of devaluation of expert knowledge. The discussions about possible substitution of experts by artificial intelligence has been started. However, digital technologies could become not the «killer» of the expert community. They can restart the process of political expertise. You just need to apply them correctly. The status of politics clearly signals that without professional analysis states cannot be governed effectively.
