The article considers the strengthening of the influence of the political and consulting sphere on Kyrgyz statesmen. Domestic deputies, representatives of the elite, the country's top officials, party functionaries and civil servants everywhere gradually give preference to specialists from the consulting field. At present, when the advantages of political and managerial technologies have become obvious over simple and habitual administration, the demand for the services of political consultants is growing.
