Political modernization in the history of Russia: experience of critical reflection

The article discusses political processes of the modern Russia, associated with the comprehension of new realities, forecasting and modeling of the effects of global changes, their influence on the mechanisms, pace, direction of nation-building and creation of an integrative conception of political modernization of Russia. As a result of the analysis, the authors note that the political system is to be created, so that the government, the ruling party, other political institutions could support effective development of the country.
