Political normativity of the public consent formation

The article is devoted to the search for dominant norms in the relations between the Russian authorities and the society. In identifying the dominants, consent is the most important factor as the basis for legitimacy of the political system. The norms here are legal democracy, political dealienation, quality and responsibility of the authorities in the Russian Federation, real equality, etc.
