Political views of the provincial teaching staff in the early XX century (on Mordovian land materials)

Political sympathies and antipathies of provincial intelligentsia at the beginning of the XX century are examined in the paper. Teachers as the most numerous group of the Mordovian intelligentsia are taken as an example. Special attention is paid to such factors, which influenced their political views, as standards of living, ethnic characteristics, social background.
