The political system: functional principles, conditions of stability, mechanism of transformation

In the article one considers the basic theoretical questions, connected with study of the political system as «the whole totality of the correlation elements». Using the keys thesis's of the system-cybernetic and synergetic approaches the author analyses system grounds, conditions and practices, which ensure the wholeness of the political space. Also the author researches the mechanism of the system political transformation.
