Political positions of Scotland regional parties regarding the constitutional reform

The article considers in detail the mechanism of interaction of UK political parties on the "Scottish Question", assesses the level of civic engagement. The stages of transformation of UK parties' political positions concerning modernization of the center-periphery relations are reviewed. The relevance of the topic is determined by the change of social and political influence of ethnic regions in the state political system of the countries of Europe, and particularly United Kingdom, the interests of which are represented by political movements and regional parties.
