Lobbying technologies are widely used in the activities of interest groups in Russia, they have a direct impact on the political process and power decision-making. The article defines the prevailing political lobbying technologies in interactions of interest groups with the Russian government. The author suggests guidelines on how to improve the publicity and effectiveness of lobbying regulation.
