This article discusses current political practices and characteristics of the political communication that focused solely on achieving the effect of mass media marketing but not on reaching constructive dialogue and interaction. The simplification of the policy, its spectacular nature and infotainment format, built mainly on the negative, according to the author, is shown as in the space of official public policy so in the modern forms of protests and political activity in the Internet. Similar trends in the practice of political communication between government and civil society in combination with the decrease in the number of people with a full-fledged conceptual reasoning have further complicated the process of establishing the foundations for practical citizens' participation, their awareness in interdependence, mutual interest and goals.
