Political and politico- economical understanding of democracy

The concepts of "political democracy" and "politico-economical democracy" are often found in the works of contemporary researchers and differ in their content. According to the author, political democracy is understood as the participation of ordinary citizens in the management activities of state bodies in the sphere of political relations, and politico-economical democracy is found in the sphere of economic relations. The author also points up Soviet and modern democratic forms and methods of political and politico-economical democracy, with its political and economic importance, and on this basis one can develop some proposals for improving the legal regulation of forms and methods of modern democracy.
