The policy of France towards Kosovo

The article formulates some aspects of France's foreign policy towards Kosovo. It allows the author to systemize the series of measures which have been taken by France with a view of secession of Kosovo from Serbia and subsequent proclamation of its independence. The author traces the practical implementation of the France's conception on the assistance in establishment of new states, and asserts that its theoretical provisions are consistent with reality.
