The state's policy of rapprochement between civil society and authorities

The article discusses the interaction between civil society and state authorities in the sphere of protection of rights and legitimate interests of man and citizen. The analysis allowed one to identify the role of non-governmental human rights organizations. The authors suggested some amendments to the Federal Law No. FZ-76.
