Russia's policy in the southeast Asia in the early 21 century

This article analyzes the East Asian policy of Russia in the early 21 century. The author considers the regulatory and legal framework of collaboration between Russia and the member countries of ASEAN, as well as defines the main features of Russia's strategy towards the East Asia during the presidency of V.V. Putin (2000-2008).
