Systemic poverty reduction policy and the role of an authorities state

This article examines the current state policy on poverty reduction in the Kyrgyz Republic, in particular, it analyzes the current situation regarding the poverty level in the country, examines the legal aspects in the field of poverty reduction, and studies in detail the state program documents aimed at reducing poverty in the country. The article also attempts to link the satisfaction of the population's expectations with an increase in the authority of the authorities.
