Policy on leasing in Russia and in China

The article examines the strategic policy in the sphere of leasing. The author analyzes the main problems of industrial policy in Russia and generalizes the experience of implementing industrial policy abroad. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of China's industrial policy, the experience of which can be used in Russia. The author points out the need to finalize the law on industrial policy in the form of additional normative acts that take into account modern realities. The conceptual approach developed by the author to the industrial policy in Russia with the use of leasing is proposed. Attention is drawn to the need to find a way to improve industrial policy in the context of Western economic sanctions. The article deals with institutional measures to ensure effective implementation of industrial policy in the Russian Federation and gives specific proposals on information support for the implementation of industrial policy of the Russian Federation with the use of leasing.
