The policy of external openness as the most important element of national prosperity

The focus of research lies the problem of national development in poor countries caused by the abandonment of the policy of external openness. In this article special attention is paid to such aspects as the necessity of commitment to the policy of external openness, the relationship of international trade and economic growth prevailing in the present economic strategy of the refusal of international trade with poor countries.
