Political administrative changes in public control over the electoral process in the modern Russia

The article discusses political administrative changes in public control over the electoral process in Russia during 2000-2010. The author applies a new institutionalism methodology to analysis of the political administrative changes. The political administrative changes presuppose revision of the existing institutions, actor configurations, their strategies and resources. The author concludes that the general vector of the political changes in the public administration of the electoral process in Russia in 2000-s was determined by the institutional fixation of the limited competitiveness.
