Political and diplomatic direction of the soft power in China's foreign policy in the early XXI century

The article deals with the political and diplomatic process of implementation of the soft power in China's foreign policy in the early XXI century. The article shows how China shapes a new international order based on cooperation and mutual benefit. The authors trace the assessment of the application of new diplomacy types in the framework of the new diplomacy thinking in the works of Chinese scholars. The new conception of diplomacy with Chinese specifics is designed to create more stable and amicable environment, and to form flexible partnership relations.
