The article analyzes the ethno-political conflict in Nagorny Karabakh in the political and legal context, which has been transformed from the domestic ethnic collisions to the interstate conflict, affecting the regional security issues in many countries of the Black Sea and the Caspian region (Georgia, Turkey, Iran, Russia).
