Political and legal context of the supremacy of social in modern Russia

The article is devoted to the supremacy of the social from the position of decision-making in a new format. The main task of the article is to reveal the political and legal nature of this definition as a universal essence expressed in the common good. The author concludes that where there is no supremacy of the social, there is no fair social and legal statehood.
