Politic-and-legal basis of national and state security of Russian Federation (short analysis)

This article has as the objective of categorial-and-conceptual analysis of the key legislative acts in the sphere of national and state security of Russia, namely the Law of the Russian Federation of 05.03.1992 No. 2446-1 «About safety» (rev. 02.03.2007) and «The concept of national security of Russian Federation». On the basis of the analysis it is possible to conclude that the safety system is the basic task, which decision is made not only to the political leadership but the entire nation.
