The territorial political reforms in a unitary decentralized state (case study of France)

The article investigates the topical issue - territorial political reforms of the government in a unitary decentralized state. The author compares the typology of modern forms of the political structure. The paper defines political institutions of the decentralized power by case study of France (1982-2015). Special attention is paid to the asymmetry of the status of autonomous communities.
