Poles in the civil war in the Russian North (1918-1919)

This article is the first attempt in the national historiography to assess the role and place of the Polish volunteers in the Civil War in the Russian North. The author notes a significant role of the internal contradictions in the White camp in the characterization of the participation of the Polish units in the Russian civil conflict, the lack of common goals, defining the influence the position of the Entente in this matter.
