A retrospective analysis of surgical repair of a full form of atrioventricular canal has been carried out. The main results of disease repair are discussed depending on the method of repair used. The criteria determining selection of a method to be used for definitive repair of the disease and contributing to the improvement of quality of operative treatment are analyzed on the basis of early postoperative period data.
