Purpose: Research of powers of the Eurasian economic commission in the field of unification and harmonization of the legislation on protection and protection of copyright and related rights. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: In article the powers of the Eurasian economic commission regulating various aspects connected with unification and harmonization of the legislation in the field of protection and protection of copyright and related rights are considered. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific and practical value as is one of the first attempts to consider some questions of unification and harmonization of the legislation on protection and protection of copyright and related rights in the EEU countries.
