The work assessed gender differences in changes in humoral immunity indicators among non-indigenous residents of Yugra, depending on the length of residence in the region. The indicators of the humoral level of immunity were studied in young men and young women (20-21 years old) from among the newcomer population, migrants from the regions of central Russia (residence experience 1-2, 5-6, 10-11 years), as well as young men and young women born and permanently residing in Ugra. The humoral component of immunity was assessed by the concentration of immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, IgM in the blood. It was found that in young women the total number of immunoglobulins did not change significantly with increasing length of residence in the region, but the ratio of immunoglobulins changed in favor of IgG and IgM. The young men developed an immunoglobulin profile characterized by a fairly stable ratio of fractions with a decrease in their quantitative content.
