Obtaining information about connections between subscribes and (or) subscriber devices in the structure of tactical operation to identify persons involved in the crime

The article deals with some issues of using the possibilities of obtaining information about the connections between subscribers and (or) subscriber devices during this investigative action within the tactical operation to identify persons involved in the crime. Basing on the practical experience the author analyzes the role and place of this investigative action in the structure of the tactical operation and the use of its results in the investigation of the crime. According to the results of the study, the author concludes that it is expedient to carry out the investigative action provided for in article 186.1 of the code of criminal procedure, since the information obtained as a result of its production is of important evidentiary value, and often contributes to the correct adoption of tactical decisions in a particular investigative situation. In addition, some aspects of the use of this investigative action in the structure of the tactical operation considered in the work are Advisory in nature and can be useful to the investigative authorities in the process of detection and investigation of certain types of crimes. The article uses a set of General scientific and private scientific methods of cognition.
