Collection of information from a victim in the course of preliminary investigation

The article deals with the specific features of collecting information from a victim in the course of carrying out some investigative actions with participation of the latter, such as interrogation and identification parade. It is noted that an investigator should take into account the circumstances that may have influenced the comprehension of events and phenomena by the victim (for instance, alcohol intoxication). Special attention is paid to the aspects of interrogation of minor victims (need for special training, consideration of emotional state of this category of victims, reasonability of interrogation recording).
