Receiving the extraction preparation with anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects from Solidago canadensis herbs

The composition of biologically active substances in Solidago canadensis herbs is studied. The presence of significant amounts of flavonoids, which determined the anti-inflammatory and diuretic effect of hydro-alcoholic extracts. The technological scheme of liquid extract of Solidago canadensis herbs, 1: 1, which is based on the extraction of bioactive substances from 70% ethanol repercolation method. Pharmacological studies have shown the anti-inflammatory and diuretic activity in proposed liquid extract. The methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of flavonoids in the liquid extract herb Solidago canadensis are proposed.
