Synthesis of metal by pelletized termite mixture combustion

Effect of combustion mode on Fe Al termite burning process was investigated. The way of metal synthesis by means of pelletized termite mixture combustion was developed. The scheme of experimental setup was suggested. Advantages of this way of combustion and its reasonability for synthesis of high quality metal were shown. Effect of binder (CN and fluorinated rubber) and Nocolok flux on the burning process, burning rate and separation of products was investigated.
