Will trick work in Russia?

The article studies the situation with the TRICK dynamic change model. On the one hand, the model allows structuring a field of finance innovations within regulatory practices, on the other hand, considering the methods and instruments of regulators as the drivers or brakes for innovations. The author considers separate components of the model, placing a special emphasis on capital and management of risks, as well as on the problems of implementing main provisions of the Basel Agreements into current bank activities.
