The article is devoted to studying semiuniform polyhedrons which are similar to semiregular and uniform polyhedrons by their nature. The method of their construction is deduced and some theorems concerning semiuniform polyhedrons are proved on its basis. In the end the author tells about polyhedrons which are dual semiuniform polyhedrons, and possess interesting properties too.
