The article recounts contribution of the Krasnodar Territory to rectification of the consequences of the Spitak Earthquake, in particular, participation of the Kuban citizens in rescue and reconstructive activities, humanitarian aid and fund raising, accommodation of the sufferers. Special attention is paid to the particular persons who took part in rectification of the earthquake consequences.
