Kuban assistance to Dagestan in rectification of the earthquake consequences in 1970

The article is concerned with the Krasnodar Territory’s participation in the rectification of the earthquake consequences, occurred in the Northern Caucasus on the May, 14, 1970, and rendering of the aid to residents of the suffered regions of Dagestan. Basing upon the study of archival data the author recounts work of the Kuban experts in the emergency area, accommodation of children from Dagestan at the Kuban territories, sending of the construction materials and equipment. Special attention is paid to the work of the Krasnodar construction and installation train in Buinaksk town.
