Understanding as the hermeneutical phenomenon in philosophy of H. G. Hadamer

In the article the author appeals to one of the most actual problems of contemporary philosophy - to the problem of understanding. The analysis of hermeneutical measuring of the problem is based on the example of the works of the classical author of hermeneutics Hadamer. That means that understanding is considered as, firstly, one of the epistemological strategies of the twentieth century and, secondly, in ontological aspect, i.e. as the way of man existing in the world.
