Interpretation of national security in the philosophical, legal and socio-cultural aspects

The article deals with interpretation of the national security in the philosophical, legal and socio-cultural aspects. The author substantiates a thesis that the recent years debates on the security issues have led to some fundamental changes in comprehension of not only the theoretical foundations of the traditional understanding of the national security, but also the epistemological approaches to the security in general.
