The concept of “administrative and jurisdictional activity” in the context of identifying violations of customs rules by legal entities

The article substantiates the concept of “administrative-jurisdictional activity” in relation to the procedural activities of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation, and identifies different approaches to the interpretation of the content of the concept “administrative jurisdiction”. The criteria for identifying and implementing measures to prevent violations of customs rules by legal entities within the framework of the administrative and jurisdictional activities of customs authorities are presented.
