The article deals with the international and Russian legislations in the field of terrorism financing. The main signs of the terrorism financing in the Russian law are described. The author notes that the Russian criminal law interprets the concept of terrorism financing broader than the international law: in addition to the provision and collection of funds its content includes rendering financial services.
