The concept and forms of an outsourcing contract: the problem of choosing a reliable counterparty

Currently, there is a rapid development of the business sector, consisting of enterprises for which outsourcing is the main activity and which specialize in various types of outsourcing services. The relevance of this study is that in order to choose the preferred type of outsourcing, it is necessary to understand its pros and cons. To date, there are types of outsourcing: external and internal, partial and full. External outsourcing is provided more profitable, and internal outsourcing is necessary in cases where the required industry is not on the market; the scope of the transferred function is too small; outsourcing is seen as opening a new business. The advantage of partial outsourcing is the control of the customer of the sphere transferred for outsourcing. The advantage of full outsourcing is that the customer can direct all assets to the creation of the main product, the minus is that this area is out of his control. The conducted research has shown that there is no universal type of outsourcing suitable for everyone. For effective transfer of functions to the customer, it is necessary to choose the most appropriate type of outsourcing.
