The contract is the agreement of the parties expressing their coordinated will to an establishment, change and termination of their rights and duties, fulfillment or abstention from legal actions. All contracts properly concluded by legal subjects, include legal norms («micronorms») and are also the legal sources. Contracts are applied in many branches of the Russian law, and the value of contractual regulation is defined by the essence and substance of the corresponding branch.
