Concept and content of legal interests of the taxpayer of a legal person

In accordance with the rules provided for in paragraph 1 of Art. 22 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, taxpayers, including taxpayers - legal entities (hereinafter referred to as taxpayers), the Russian state guarantees the administrative and judicial procedure for protecting their rights and legal interests.
