Notion and specific character of non-residential premises as legal estate units

The legal nature of non-residential premises as legal estate units is analysed, features of legal regime of non-residential premises are singled out and points of view of Russian scientists and specialists on the notion of non-residential premises are viewed in the article. The author puts forward arguments for assigning of independent objects of real estate status to the non-residential premises.
